I got my game on 11-21 and first thing I see when I attach my guitar head no screws at all. Ask for replacements and am told just have to send it back used rubber band to hold the back plate on instead. Start playing the strum bar and frets are screwed and my wireless adapter keeps turning itself on and off, this time do request replacement, almost two weeks later I finally get box. Inside box no instructions to replacethe guitar, request help get BS answer straight from FAQs, reply as instructed and they do not accept incoming emails. And yes I did get the email about a free game but have yet to see the "details" that were to come shortly.
