And it's why i hate random songs some times...

It Hurts
Message In a Bottle
You've Got Another Thing Coming
Shockwave

Maybe the first song was trying to tell me something.... Then the third one slammed it right in my face.

Seriously all 3 were easy on Hard Guitar... then they give me Black Tide. My goodness!

I was playing drums tonight and played a mystery setlist.

Fire Your Guns (ANNOYINGLY fast repetitive beat)
Panic Attack
Visions

FML

Heh nothing...

Drums I go into a setlist.

Challenging...

I get

China cat Sunflower
Almost Easy
Bad Reputation
Prequel to the Sequel
/quit

Burn! PttS sucks because of that one part with the Y/O - R alternating part. The entire rest of the song is fun, but I always fail out at that one part :(

I've passed it... Once.

And I beat GM/BF and My Last Words every time...

I FC the ending to My Last Words

I'm not a guitar person when i play. I love my drums. But since by RB Pedal died a long time ago i've been forced to play guitar at home.

I failed the song twice and gave up. I can barely play Two Weeks also.

I love it though, when we're at my friends house and my friend Derek wants to sing. One of the songs he HAS to sing is Two Weeks. I always say "If you're going to do that let me get on Bass, please! I don't want to die again and again." And i'm just on Medium Drums. There's a part of the song that just wants to make my arm fall off.
It was cool though. My Percentage went up on each song.
It went 95% ~> 96% ~> 96% ~> Quittage. lol

It's a screwed up one!

The only things mystery sets are good for are letting me play DLC.

I keep getting The Camera Eye whenever I do mystery sets on Expert. That's one of the only songs with a solo that usually kills me. I can do Visions with more regularity than that.

I hate mystery setlists, because I play mostly expert drums, with the exception of the impossible tier. And it always seems that they throw in at least one from the impossible tier, so I end up having to play all of the mystery setlists on hard, which is incredibly boring on the lower tiered songs for me.

Black Tide is an awesome song. Except i always forget about that last solo and consequently get my ass handed to me :(

"Shockwave" or "Warriors of Time"? Both have some pretty vicious final solos.

Mystery setlists are bad news. They're a necessary evil when you're accumulating stars in a city, and a good way to unlock new songs when you're just getting started, but if you're just touring for fun they should be avoided (yet, people pick them all the time, I guess so then there's no fighting over what songs.)

I did it somehow on my first playthrough, but I haven't been able to pass it again since. It's annoying too, because it's a pretty good song. It's not like Thrasher or Blackened where I don't even want to play it.

Luckily the bass in Warriors of Time is pretty fun and more than doable.

it is a little unfortunate, because i like everything up until that crazy sweeping part after the tapping in the 3rd solo.

In such a hurry to jump down his throat you didn't read the rest of the thread?
Defending Oscar_Rio. Who'd've ever thunk it?
I mean, I understand, this is a very active thread. :D

Just trying to point out that you don't need to attack someone to illuminate an error, mate. Weren't you trying to become a mod?

Apologies. Rushing to post "FAIL" (in all caps no less) when you notice someone makes a simple mistake on a post just comes across as... well, just plain rude I suppose. I never understood this whole "fail" fad on the internet anyway, so I suppose it's nice and normal to the people who are more familiar with things like that.

Yet again, i wasn't rushing to do anything. I already explained on what i do when i read threads. Nothing is going to change that.

I finished WT 100% with all 3770 stars, but I did it while having no DLC, so I guess it makes sense.
