Can I use Rock Band 1 instruments to play GH:Metallica

Does anyone know for sure 100% if I can use my Rock Band 1 instruments to play ****** hero metallica. *** people of Best Buy say no but I've read some threads that say yes.

Can't say for sure, but GH:M is based on *** GH:WT engine. *** instruments are compatible on that platform. Don't know why they would remove that from GH:M.

If you've read some threads that say you can, ask them if they KNOW they can :)

Since you didn't mention what console you're playing on, here's the short answer: On Xbox 360, PS2, and PS3, yes you can. On Wii, you cannot.
