Drum Bass Pedal

Yeah, my drum pedal split right in half in the middle of a 4 song set. I guess it was sort of funny, but I tried to replace it, and that option was oddly not there. I just said it was a faulty spring, which I guess is correct. Anyway, is anyone else having that problem? Looks sort of like a construction flaw...

Yea mine busted. I went to the hardware store and got a couple metal brackets and bolts and fixed it myself.
