How Do I Dissasemble My Guitar?

i just got replacement guitar yesterday but i cant figure out how to take the head off my old guitar to ship it back. can anyone please explain, because i also have to send the replacement back again as well because the downstrums didnt even work when i tried it out and it had scratches all over it.

You could read the instructions that came with the replacement.

i did read the instructions but they dont say how to take the head off. i tried to pop it off but cant and i dont know if unscrewing it would void the warranty.

If you read the instructions you would see that you do NOT take the head off.
