As the title suggests, this thread is to suggest some great transitions/ segues between songs.
Some of my favorites are between Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band and With A Little Help From My Friends- The Beatles
The Hellion/ Electric Eye- Judas Priest
2112 Overture/ The Temples of Syrinx- Rush
Feel free to add your own.

Thin Lizzy's live performance of Cowboy Song followed immediately by Boys are Back in Town always kicks my ass.
Especially because they hit that last/first chord and go into the opening lick to Boys are Back and the crowd loses their minds.

I see you denied my friend request :P

My favorite transition would probably have to be...
Postmorten to Raining Blood... the last note and the first notes just go BAM and it wins.

Judas Priest in Dawn Of Creation -> Prophecy (Nostradamus).
Thin Lizzy Dancing in the Moonlight -> Massacre (Still Dangerous), think it even takes the cake over Cowboy Song -> BABIT.

Edit: Not to mention that Dancing and Massacre are just about polar opposites on the Thin Lizzy spectrum; playing them back to back works out very well IMO.
