RRoD, New 360, need help

My old 360 went red ring of death, and I just got a replacement one. I did what Microsoft told me to do and re-download all the DLC, but I want to be able to play them when not connected to xbox live. I can play them when i connect, and when I re-download them, please help.

Microsoft is supposed to migrate your licenses for you, but they often don't. Perform a license migration, redownload your tracks, and you should be fine.
