"Details to follow..." free game thing

I just got my guitar and was expecting the free game to be in there but no dice.

Not a big deal, but I'm curious if I just missed the "details" memo.

from what i've heard they never meant they were going to include a game with the replacement equipment.. i think the emails said they would email everybody with an update.. i'd probably give it a few weeks! :cool:

I asked about it in customer support and I was shunned about it. Even after mentioning other community members called into CS and they were able to send free games. The CSR said they never had that control but they were the main customer support. I'm so frustrated. I ordered the replacement on 1st night (11/20/07). This sucks hard. I don't feel like dealing with them anymore.
