Up strum barely works at all. You can't hold the button down and strum. Down strum works about 75% of the time. Upstrum is less than 10%.

I'm right there with you. UPS delivered to me yesterday and I thought great now I can enjoy this game. Only problem I noticed when I started opening it was the packaging and labels with dates looked the same. So I start playing and it began messing up within 10 minutes of playing. This is ridiculous, why send guitars that you know are faulty and then send replacement guitars that are just as bad. I feel like going back to guitar hero now.
