I know this is probably crazy but I've seen crazier mods out there.
I've been having a problem with my RB1 PS3 Wireless guitar recently. I can't get the guitar to connect to the receiver anymore. I've searched the forums and googled all kinds, but no one seems to have fixed this common problem and my warrantee is up.
I'm just wondering if its possible to make the wireless guitar wired. Essentially hooking a cord from the guitar to the little receiver. I know it transmits via IR so the chances of it are slim but is there no way to find the pins for each button press and then soldier wires to the receiver at the USB encoder?
