i was just wondering what songs have the 1/16 notes and on what difficulty?

That depends on your definition of 16th notes. I'm pretty sure some songs have notes that take place on the e or a (1e&a2e&a...) even on medium.

On expert most songs have 16th notes.

If you are thinking of 1/16th notes on the hi-hat (with the hi-hat moved to the red pad), try FWD and Hand That Feeds on Expert.
