Deftones-Around the Fur

This album is my favorite album. Every song in it is unbelievably amazing. With Deftones, I always have a song that I listen to over and over, it changes with time, and I've been addicted to every song in this album at one point. Right now its Lhabia, and Rickets, and a year ago it was My Own Summer. I still remember hearing Be Quiet and Drive for the first time on that Dave Mirra game for Dreamcast (It was actually the first time I heard Deftones). This album has everything in it. It has a lot of heavy songs and soft songs. I think MX has always been that song that i like to listen to no matter how I am feeling. Mascara's ending is awesome. I like the "Too bad.. your married.. to me" part and I love how it pulls into Around the Fur. I don't listen to Dai the Flu and Lotion as much as the other ones for some reason but I go back to them and they just so damn good. Headup is great. It gets you pumped. I usually break something when that song goes on. Damone, the hidden track, is a great bonus.

I wanna know what other people think.

I love Around the Fur too - Awsome album with most of the biggest Tones songs on it (Be Quiet and Drive, My Own Summer etc...)

HOWEVER - White Pony is their best album. While Fur has individual better songs, Pony as a whole is a more complete audio experience. Give it a try ;)

Amen to that! White Pony is one of the best albums I've ever heard. I believe "Saturday Night Wrist" may be up there also. It's a lot better than their self-titled dissappointment that's for sure!!

Yeah, I know as a whole White Pony is great. I love White Pony. But Around the Fur is my favorite because it has those songs. I could go back to it when ever and listen to any song.

Lets just say all of them are the best albums.

Deftones S/T wasn't disappointing. You need to go back and listen to When Girls Telephone Boys, Hexagram, Battle Axe, Needles and Pins, and Bloody Cape. All great songs.

i would only buy this game if deftones "my own summer" was on it they are my faverite band in the whole world so if the makers of rock band would please put them on it i would love that thanx!

hell yeah, that song is so freakin awesome. You hear that Rock Band people?!!!!! WE NEED DEFTONES!!!!!

i think white pony is just a little better than fur, even though my own summer may be my favorite song by the deftones. pony has so many good ones that i love like elite, digital bath, change, rx queen, back to school, i could go on and on. they are both amazing cds though.

i will agree that white pony is the best. although i love everyone of their albums so much. Please rock band, put a full deftones album out for this game, i would quit my job, and my whole life would become deftones on rockband!
