Hey guys, i have a bit of a problem. I bought a 120 gig hard drive for the 360 a few weeks ago off of ebay, and the person didn't send the chord because they had misplaced it or something. I sent a form requesting one to the right place and all, but they haven't sent one, and it's been 2 weeks now. i don't think they are sending one. i was just wondering if anyone here had a transfer cable they don't need anymore and wouldn't mind sending sending it to me. if anyone could help me out, that would be very much appreciated.
It would probably be easiest if you also live in Canada. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks,
Kyle McKenzie

You just posted your full address on the internet in an open forum for no real reason.
Not smart.

Yeah, that's not the best idea.
Go to Xbox.com and they have a form to fill out for a cable to be sent to you. Either that or go on eBay.

You should definitely edit out your full name and address right now. Tell a kind person by PM, perhaps? I doubt anyone who doesn't know you will just send theirs for free though.
I don't think the cable is free from MS unless you actually bought an elite console to replace a non-elite console and write both serial numbers on the form? That's what I found a while ago at least. But you've filled in a form already, you say.
What I did was buy the smallest, cheapest second hand memory card I could, and move my treasured save games across using that, and then sell it back to the shop. All DLC can easily be downloaded again for free, assuming you have a decent internet connection. And with the new dashboard update you can queue them up on the web page, and queue more than 5 at a time (I had to 5 at a time on the console, very annoying for hundreds of DLC). http://marketplace.xbox.com/en-US/myAccount/PurchaseHistory.aspx
