I purchased my Rock Band (360) set on launch day, had the strum starts intermittent double strumming within 3 hours (it was somewhat manageable, enough to play a bit with the wife), called support, called support, called support, etc, etc, etc.
2 weeks later get my replacement. (no time to be bitter about the turn around, there's music to play).
Started off with a couple of songs with the 1/16th and about 45 seconds in went "ow"
The *bumps* on the this model are *sharp* (not to the point of bleeding, but definitely uncomfortable) compared to the first gen model i had where I almost couldn't tell the buttons apart. No, I'm not going to complain to EA or ask for a replacement (I'd never get to play at that rate), I may however swap fret boards or break out a nail file.
I remember some early reviews saying that the bumps were almost useless, is this an (over) reaction to that criticism? Anyone else have sharp bumps? Am I just sensitive?
