Am I going to buy a game with broken controllers?

I'm going to buy RockBand Special Edition for Playstation 2 on Dec. 20th. Am I likely going to have broken intruments? And what can I do to avoid it?

1.Take it easy on them
2. We dont know if the controllers for PS2 are going to have the same problem, they probably already fixed the issue and the next batch of controllers will work just fine and since the PS2 doesnt come out until a couple more days I dont think they dont have the same problem or at least we all hope so :rolleyes:

But are we likely receiving the first version of rock band or lastest version?

I may be too optimistic but I think there are still enough Rockband versions with working instruments out there. I don't have my game yet, so I don't know if everything will work or not, but just think about it, if all your instruments work you're not going to visit a forum and post about it. So, of course we only have posts from people complaining about the instruments.
