Alright, after waiting a week for my RMA, I called EA back up on a monday and the lady said to wait until friday because they where backed up from the holidays and the mass amounts of RMAs being processed. Anyways I said ok, and I understood and I could wait. I forget to call back friday and I just called back today, which is tuesday exactly 2 weeks from when I put the RMA in.
Anyways I sat on the phone for an hour being transfered around from person to person and some of them could find my RMA and others couldn't. I asked to speak to a supervisor and I guess there wasn't one in.
After an hour of this I guess a supervisor walked in and I got to talk to him. After 5 minutes he finds the problem.
He is saying that UPS has a 35 character limit on the addresses. I guess mine was to long so the system just threw me out of it, no call no email.
So he was kind enough to abbreviate my address for me and fix my order.
For some reason they also charged my credit card twice for the express shipping so he is reversing 1 of those charges. He is also personally going to make sure it ships out tomorrow for me and call me when it does.
So if you have a long address then that is probably why you haven't received anything yet.

I think EA just dropped the ball and want lay some blame on UPS. 35 character limit....B.S.
That 35 character limit must only be in effect on EA products. UPS had no problem getting my camera equipment here 2nd day. Ordered from a store in N.Y.C. early Saturday and it was delivered here (TN) about 10:00 today.

It may not be UPS but the software that EA uses to interface with them.
I personally think that the delays for people (like me) who RMAed on launch day were caused by the warehouse people putting all of the orders in a big stack. When the new wave came in the following Friday and Monday, they got put on top of the stack. Ours only got shipped when they finally got the entire pile picked up by UPS.
But hey - we got a free game out of the deal...

I expect UPS does have a 35-character limit...on a single line of the address.
I work for FedEx as a programmer, and I know that each line of the address offers about that same length...but we have three lines for address info, plus city/state/zip fields.
The only way someone would have truncation problems would be if they tried to load the whole address plus city/state/zip on a single line.
