Fixed Rock band bass pedal

My bass pedal was cracking and i was tired of trying to fix it. So i pulled the whole thing apart and fixed it myself. I kept the spring and the top of the pedal. Screwed it to a piece of wood and taped it together and it works!

I did something like this to my pedal, but dont like it because it slides around to much when I play,
