Orange fret is always ON

Orange fret is always ON even when I am not pressing the button.

Im soooooo fustrated. I finally got the replacement guitar today, and it is even worse then the first one.

We played it for about 2 songs and it broke. The orange button is NOT pressed down, but the light for the orange fret in the game is always on. Anyone else have this problem? any fixs?

This could either be a stuck button or an internal short. Neither would be fixable without voiding the warranty, so it looks like you need another RMA :(

I have the same prob with my guitar (along with the strum bar issue) with my yellow button always being highlighted at the beginning of a song. I found I could reset it simply by pressing the higher yellow button (the solo one) right before the song started. It was like it was getting stuck or something from doing a end solo on a previous song and needed to be reset.
