I just RMA'd my drum kit and...it gave me a blank tracking number.

I just RMA'd my guitar and drum kit (both broken, yay). I got a tracking and rma number for my guitar. But, when I did the drum kit, it gave me a rma number but a blank tracking number.

Why?

And I have yet to get a confirmation email for my drum kit. Granted, this was just 15 minutes ago, but I got a confirmation email immediately for the guitar. I'm using my buddy's credit card, so I don't want to put it in again and then all of a sudden 1 guitar and 2 drum sets come in the mail.

I would call the support number right away. When I did my guitar rma, I didn't get a tracking number. I called 4 times over the next week, and kept getting told a line of BS.

When I called on Monday (5th time), I was escalated to another tier of support. They confirmed that my RMA was never properly created, and it would never have actually been fulfilled without my continued calling. One of the things they noted as a way they could tell was me not getting a tracking number when I submitted the RMA.

I would call and be firm that they confirm they can get you a tracking number. IF they can't give it to you right then, get escalated and ensure your rma isn't screwed up like mine was.

No Need for another rma for the kick pedal....The kit you will be getting is complete, drums, sticks and kick pedal.

Call support and give them that reference # for the kit you created. They will give you the tracking #........
