What is wrong with my guitar help!!!!

I just got my replacement guitar today decided to plug it in after assembling it and low and behold it doesn't work. The dongle just blinks and wont connect with the guitar after waiting so long for the replacement and my drum pedal is out of action as well what the hell am i supposed to do please help!!!!!????

Did you press the little white connectivity button where it looks like the wire would come out?

Try plugging the dongle in a different slot on the PS3. I had the same proble, but this fixed it. Hope it works!

My GH3 dongle did this for about a half an hour and just all of a sudden worked. These electronics can be fickle things.
