Have any of you experienced slow customer replies from the Rockband store? It states in the confirmation email that I should get a reply within the next 24 hours ago. After resending the same email every 3 days I am starting to wonder if there is anybody working there lol. If any of you have been getting the email hide and seek please let me know so I know I am not the only one being ignored.

I experienced the same thing... started 11/28 when I received the XBOX 360 version of RB instead of the PS3 version that I ordered... I sent them an email and got the confirmation email that you described... never heard anything back after 24 hours nor 48 hours... so I posted a message here and got a PM with a phone number to call... I called that number and gave them my order number... finally got an answer... still haven't received anything from them via email...

Anyway, they told me that there have been a lot of the XBOX 360 versions shipped for PS3 orders... and that they are out of stock but expecting a new shipment in this Wed (12/5) or Thu (12/6) and would be re-shipping them out when they come in... I am supposed to hold the XBOX360 version until the PS3 version is delivered and the UPS driver is going to take the XBOX360 version off my hands...

So I'm hoping that today or tomorrow I get a email that my re-shipment has shipped out... if I don't hear from them by Friday I will call them.

Hopefully this means that I will get the guitar with the fixed strum bar... and maybe a drum kit with a sturdier bass pedal?!

yes i need to cancel my order from the rock band store because i went to my local walmart and they had tons. But i also have not got any conframation email. Could you send me that number or just post it. thanx
