Oh my word! I was e-mailing Betrayal. and she seemed kind of off when I started talking about Chick-Fil-A... I'm taking she doesn't know what it is because she said, "Oh! It's a food place!"
But anyway, who all has a Chick-Fil-A near them and who likes it.. I guess my black gene came out of my mixself when it comes to chicken! Ha! And the lemondae, loving it there too...
And is having a friend who works at Chick-Fil-A like having a rich friend who can bail you out of jail? My freaking friend said that... XD

I have lived in cities that have and don't have Chick-Fil-A, and I can't say that I missed it when it wasn't around. I mean, it's okay, and I eat there probably one every two or three months when I'm living near one. But without it? Eh, no big deal. It isn't special.

When my brother and I go to the mall, that's like the only nearby place to eat... I will never go into the Wal-Mart and eat at the McDonald's because it's so freaking packed! But I don't know, don't think I can live without it...

I had never heard of it until about 8 or so months ago. There are non in or near (150 miles+) from Nebraska. I went down to Oklahoma for a vacation and one of my friends introduced me to it then. I had it 3 times while on vacation. It was freaking delicious.
Then this last vacation in Feb we went to Texas and had it once down there too :)

For those who don't know, Chik-Fil-A runs almost entirely in the Southeast, as it was born right here in the great state of Georgia.

I'm in Indiana :p
No Cajun that I'm aware of, it's all just kinda straight up plain chicken, but it's really good

I'm not sure, honestly I don't get there alot. Their mascots are cows trying to convince you to eat chicken, not steak. Chik-Fil-A's two slogans are "Eat Mor Chikin" and "We didn't invent chicken, just the chicken sandwich". They claim to have created the chicken sandwich. If so, I don't see why they wouldn't.

Chick-Fil-A has the best chicken nuggets, best chicken biscuit, best ice cream, and best lemonade at any fast food restaurant I've ever eaten. No joke, it's just THAT good. I used to have a friend who worked there, and the only discount was half off food trays. So we got 100 nuggets for like 20 bucks, and three of us took the whole thing down. Oh, and Polynesian sauce is crazy good

Have you been to McDonalds and had the Southern Style Chicken sandwich? Imagine that, except a TON better. Since well, McDs stole the idea from Chik-Fil-A and all.

I love Chick-Fil-A. Fortunately, there is one right on campus. However, it isn't a full fledged Chick-Fil-A. It only has nuggets, two kinds of the sandwiches, salads, and the lemonade.

Chick-Fil-A is my favorite fast food restaurant ever. It has the best chicken ever. Ever. I used to live in Utah and it was in the malls over there. Where I live now, the closest Chick-Fil-A is an hour and a half away from me. Whenever I pass through there, I buy a week's worth of food to satisfy my craving. And yes, I have driven an hour and a half just to go to Chick-Fil-A.

I'm fortunate to work near a Chick-fil-a, and go to school near another. The one near my school has Wi-fi too, so that's a huge plus :D

I moved to a city with no nearby chic fil a last year, now everytime I go out of town I'm all about it, I'd rather eat chic fil a than most dine in resturaunts. The nuggets and sandwiches are the best I've had. Goin to the mall at christmas time, there is always a line going outside the store, even with like 8 registers. I feel sorry for them during holiday rush time. The first time I ate the mcd's southern chicken sandwich I was like whoah, mcdonalds sells chic fil a sandwiches now, after my 3rd or 4th I was like, this is a good sandwich but it's no chic fil a. I bought a deep friar and only use peanut oil when making nuggets at home, not as good but it's close. For some reason their strips don't compare to the nuggets though.

I've never had Chick-Fil-A. But I can't imagine that it could possibly be better than Carl's Jr.
I'd never heard of it until vacationing in Florida a few years back.
Hey Jester we know you're black by the way, you don't have to mention it in every thread you start. It's kinda odd.

Which one is the first standalone? The only one I ever eat at is the one beside IHOP/Best Buy. It's alright, but I prefer Zaxby's :)

Actually I work as the costumed "Chick-fil-a Cow" I was able to impress the inspector when corporate came for a surprise inspection.
Lots of free chicken.
Another edit. In the next few weeks Chick-fil-a will also serve spicy chicken sandwiches and strips.

I really don't like Chick-Fil-A. The chicken tastes weird, but I still eat there occasionally. Those waffle fries are amazing.

When I worked in Kingsport, TN they have a free standing Chick-fil-a that I used to eat at atleast twice a week. Now that I am working in Bristol their is a Chick-fil-a in the mall, but now that I live only five minutes from where I work I always go home for lunch
But, now I am craving a sandwitch and may have to make the fifteen minute trip to the mall just so I can eat one while I drive back to work...

Nice to see that I do have some fellow peers that know of a Chick-Fil-A... Betrayal. just freaked me out when she said she never heard of it... Was it really created for the southwest? I know there's a couple in Ohio, so is it exactly nationwide?
Pretty sure that Chick-Fil-A is mostly a Southern thing

They just recently started having Chick-Fil-A around where I live in California. Not bad at all! I love their Hawaiian sauce. It seems kind of cheap that they charge you extra to have a slice of tomato put on your sandwich, though. :p
And I had no idea about this chicken with waffles thing until I had some for breakfast at a restaurant in Las Vegas. I thought "Chicken and waffles? WTF? It's so weird, I have to try it!" Then I later found out it's not weird at all, just something I never knew about.

Yeah, it was just outside Atlanta I believe. That's why the Peach Bowl is now the Chick-Fil-A Peach Bowl
