Hey:
I just got my new guitar today from UPS. The problem I was having was that the dongle was bad and I was loosing my connection with the guitar. I got the new guitar last night and the dongle is clearly different from the old one. The guitar on the other hand was exactly the same, but with some green stickers that have some small code on it. I played and everything was fixed, I am very happy. Problem is, is the new guitars strum bar is really loose and I loose notes on the upstrum. Now, I connected my old guitar with my new dongle and it's the perfect match. I am going to email EA today and tell them I want to return the new guitar with the old dongle. I guess they still didn't test the new guitars. I am unhappy with the new guitar, but I am happy that I have resolved my main issue. I will let you know how the email to EA goes later.
