That show was pretty biased if you ask me.
Even if it was user-voted.

People who watch VH1 are biased. What do you expect, I'm one of them.:D

As i said before that list sucked. Putting GNR in front of Zeppelin was a sin.

Putting Aqualung at #90 was worse.

No, if it were, I'd be in a bomb shelter waiting for all the idiots to die after bombing themselves.
I tried looking for a list and I couldn't find one.

If it were chosen by people who were high on something, we'd see Jimi Hendrix and Phish towards the top of the list.
And I wouldn't say biased, I'd say idiotic.

Ironically, Hendrix didn't even write the song. I'm sure 90% of the people who voted on the list didn't know that, of course

The Who had way too few songs on that list. AC/DC had way too many. My Generation shoulda been #1.
Hey Joe isn't even the hardest rocking song on Are You Experienced?.
Welcome To The Jungle isn't even the hardest rocking song on AFD.

Uh, I think they would have picked Purple Haze if they chose the only song they knew.
I think this list is just people voting for their favorite song. Not actually the most rocking.

That whole show was nothing but a giant Rock Band commercial (with some GH thrown in)

Putting The Clash on a Hard Rock list is not right. Especially when its Should I Stay Or Should I Go. I mean c'mon...atleast pick a faster paced and harder song if your gonna put the Clash on a list like that

like i said, rock band commercial. every single song with the exception of like 10, were songs on RB. I mean in obvious fashion too. Like the Clash, Should I stay or should i go isnt a hard rock song. Put Clampdown on the list instead. Any surprise that talk dirty to me was Poison's song, despite nothing but a good time was a bigger song? nope, cause DTTM was just in GH3. Its things like that. it was a giant commercial, choosing good bands, but only the songs that were in a GH or RB

Back when VH1 had "The 100 Most Shocking Moments in Rock and Roll", the murder of Tupac was top 20. I was like "Tupac = Rock?"

agreed 1000000%
and half of the songs on their were crap, there were only four bands who got the luxury of 2 songs.
ac/dc zeppelin(who should have a #1 song) the who, and van halen.
Heck zeppelin, ac/dc, and sabbath could each have like 7 songs on that list, but whatever....
