I have to join in and announce my annoyance with this. Got replacement last night and was super excited to get rocking again and the whammy bar doesn't work. I played three songs and tried it in all different positions and got no response. I read about the power activation thing and haven't tried it out yet but I am having difficulty justifying $170 game to my wife when it is consistently not working. I really want to know what EA is going to do about this. I love the game concept but am seriously considering returning the whole thing and waiting a year or two until you get this sorted.
