I played it on easy drums this morning for the first time and though my arms were going to fall off, got 93%. I don't want to image what this song is like on hard/expert.

I found that Hard was easier than medium. Took me 3 tries on medium and 1 on hard.

I lose at 84 or 85% every time on Expert guitar. It's soooo annnoying to get that far every time and die.

On drums, I only beat it on Hard, but it's just repetitive and I thought it was easy. If your arms feel tired, just hoard your Overdrive and take breaks during the drum fills.

its a fun song, sounds like u guys need to work on form and building endurance/strength. remember a lot of it is in the wrists, gotta keep ur arms n hands loose. ddon't be tense, which tends to happen when you think you're about to fail or mess up

The repetitveness is definitely something that can mess up your head. I just finished it on easy, and did alright, but I thought it was never going to end. The longer I played the harder it seemed to keep my mind from yelling "Yer gonna mess up, yer gonna mess up!!!".

That song gives me real respect for these guys who go out and do 3 hour shows!

The song was easy on guitar (expert) and on drums (hard) imo..

.

The first three times I played it on Expert, I failed at 95%.

I tried it again last night using this trick and 5-starred the song: when it gets to the repeating GRYRGRYRG...etc., make sure you hit the yellow note every time. Half of the time I only pulled off on the downward slide to green and didn't even bother with the upward hammer-ons (so I was only hitting YRG...YRG...YRG) and I stayed out of the red and ended up with 81% on the solo...which is not very good, but it's certainly livable since I finally got the dang thing outta the way.

I really need to work on my timing...playing GHIII really screwed up my accuracy. I tend to flail wildly at the crazy parts, and while that nets me 100% in GHIII, it doesn't do me a lick of good in RB.

99% Expert Guitar.
100% Bass
97% Drums

I've just been told my multiple people & realized, if I put the mod on my strat to swap the solo buttons to the top I would be unstoppable, I don't think its fair either, that this mod isn't punishable.

Played it on medium guitar last night to finish my solo tour. I thought it was pretty fun actually, not too hard, a few parts were a little challenging. I'm sure on expert it must be real tough.

Practice and exercise are the key--when I first hit this on the Medium drum tour, I got through it but my leg was killing me and I was struggling at the end. 2 weeks later, I hit GG&HT again on the Hard tour, and no problems at all. Now, if I could get through RttH...(it's the one song I have left on Hard; passed everything else except Next to You on the first try, passed Next to You on the second.)

I did this same trick, because I kept activating overdrive at that part (GRYRGRYRG) [around 85%] and then not being able to complete the part that goes OBY up and down (whatever). So I just hit the important note and hammered on the rest and then did the same thing over and over. I activated overdrive towards the end because my hand was getting tired and I just flailed wildly and managed to get 4 stars.

Which is fine for me because I don't ever plan on playing it solo on expert ever again. lmao.

Played it for the first time last night when it shows up in the BWT - I don't think I've spent more than 15 minutes doing the solo tours - and I was on Hard and while it had a couple of fast spots, if you can play hammer-ons at all it's not too bad - I got through it just fine.

well i tried it again, and i moved the pedal like was suggested off to the side instead of hooked on the bar...so it was more comfortable and i passed it this time 93% with a score of 250, 233 the solo section is rediculous. ^_^

Yea I've tried a billion times and can't make it past that point either. So I quit and started a singing career. :)
