I Waited 2 Weeks for an Empty Box?

I ordered a replacement guitar on the 21st - my guitar broke within the first hour of play on the 20th of November. Now, I can understand the delay in shipments due to Thanksgiving, and I thought they'd send me my new guitar sometime after that. Then it got delayed - I see the UPS man outside my house and look outside, there's a box laying there. I pick it up...it's oddly light. I open it, and it's empty.

Now, EA did what they were supposed to do (ship me an empty box for me to ship my guitar back), but TWO WEEKS? An empty box shipment was delayed TWO whole weeks? I live 20 minutes from EA's corporate offices, and I get an empty box after waiting two weeks for "2 Day Air".

And on top of that my disc is cracked from the case (the small hole in the center of the disc has a crack and now I can't play Rock Band).

I feel for you. I've been waiting since the 21st too and I still didn't get my replacement guitar. I really love this game and anticipated it for so long, but this customer support is not good at all. They haven't been answering my questions and they give the same response every single time. By the time I get my guitar, my credit card will get charged.
