I recently had some issues with my 360 (RROD) and exchanged it at Best Buy for a new one. I kept my old hard drive. Anyway, I hit the ground running with the new console but neglected to hook up to the internet when doing my initial setup. Now, the Rock Band 1 songs I originally transfered don't show up in game and my 150 songs of DLC show up but cannot be played when making a set list (I also don't get a preview of them when selecting them from a make a setlist in game). I do, however, get all the old content (both Rock Band 1 and DLC) when playing the console when it is hooked up to the internet.

Can anyone give me some advice?

Do I need to run initial setup again with the online connection?

Do I need to do something else entirely?

Bottom line: I'd like to play the full game with all my old DLC and Rock Band 1 transfer while disconnected from the net.

Thanks!

License migration. That'll solve your problems.

Yep, all you need to do is a license migration to your new console.
