Okay, so I finally received my replacement kick pedal yesterday, but now I'm left with the dilemma of how to return it. I know, it's probably a simple procedure that everyone should know, but I don't use the mail system for anything, so I'm kind of in the dark about this whole thing. So what do I do? Just put the old pedal in the same box and take it along with the invoices to a UPS store? That was my guess, but I'm really not sure, so if anyone could help clarify what this idiot is supposed to do, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Thanks in advance!

i'm in the dark too, i just received my replacement today as well and have no idea if I'm mailing it back to the address it mailed from or to a different location. does it need a letter of what happened? what's the next step?!?!

there should have been a return label in your box, or in the plastic invoice pouch on the outside or maybe even stuck to the invoice. If there is not, you need to call up EA to get one. Otherwise, stick the return slip on the box, and you can place it outside your door and call ups or visit https://wwwapps.ups.com/pickup/schedule?loc=en_US&WT.svl=PNRO_L1 to schedule a free ups pickup

nothing is needed in the box besides the part. No letter, no reciept, just the broken part. If you do not have a return label, do not mail it, it may go to the wrong place and just get you in trouble (maybe having to pay the 125 dollars)
