Waiting like everyone else for that replacement guitar - you know, the one that they identified having a problem with during the production of them. (terrible quality control) Ordered it ten days ago and ea says its on its way but that 2 day air really means 3 to 5 business. Customer service at ea says 2 day air is a misnomer
How can you ship a defective product in good conscience?
Bought the game for the band environment. No bass. What a rip off. Oh well. Don't sing, so no problems there.
Guitar broke after about three hours of use.
But I just love the new Drum Hero game.....Until I need a replacement pedal or...
Hmxsean and Johnlok both stated that they found the guitar problems during production so they KNOWINGLY sold us defective products. Yet people keep wanting to defend the companies involved and their business practices. I personally find this type of action deplorable. They knew going in that they were shipping defective products and that seems to be okay with most people but not with me.
Now we are finding out that some of the replacement guitars are worse than the originals. (from these very msg boards)
Can anyone say "Class Action"?
