3 Problems (1 Guitar, 1 Mic, Disc)

Question 1: If I shake the guitar, or move it around, it sounds as though there is a small thing rattling around down by the strum bar and whammy bar, piece of plastic or something. This common, or should I send it in for a new one?

Question 2: On a few songs the mic will just stop registering entirely, and I'll have to unplug it, then plug it back in, and it works fine. Is this defective?

Question 3: Recently, the game has been locking up on me, and the music skipping, for a few seconds, then catching up again. No scratches on the disc or anything though. What could this be?

Question 1. I have the same problem. Nothing is wrong with the guitar it just makes a noise. I'd say to just leave it be.

Question 2. It might be.

Question 3. If it's not the disc, I guess you'd have to check the system. Make sure there is no dust.

If it's fine with other games though, I have no idea.
