I Recieved an Empty Box today..

so i applied for the replacement guitar about 2-3 weeks ago.

recieved an email about a week ago apologizing for the long wait.


...so then today i get a big box in the mail...i get all excited...

and its empty. im assuming its the box that im supposed to send my broken one in.

but wtf? they told me that i was going to recieve my new guitar first before having to mail my broken one back.

anyone with a similar situation?!?

im getting frustrated with this.

It depends what option you picked when you submitted your RMA. There were 2 options.

1) Give your creditcard number, they charge you a sub amount ($100?), they send you the new guitar and refund you when you return the old guitar back.

2) No creditcard info needed. They send you an empty box, you send your old one, and then they send you a new guitar when they receive it.
