yes, if you are holding it like you are playing it it is on the top right side opposite side of the whammy bar.

Nope it isn't on the face it's self, it is right on the seam.

Stand-up, and hold your guitar like you are playing it with the strap on.

Now follow the seem of the guitars edge, it will be in the corner edge.

The guitar headset jack connects at the bottom of the guitar (below the strap nubbin). There is a diagram of where it connects in the support answer linked below:

Scroll down to the picture of the guitar; the red arrow shows where the headset connects.

actually that isn't where my plugin is = /, mine is more on the corner. And it is deffinatly not on the back, it is on the corner or edge. but deffinatly not the back.

and just a quick question.. i know it has nothing to do with technical crap, but is there way to change the band leader or does it stay the way it is

yes just another design flaw, you would think they could atleast put a litte bright green sticker or something over it so you could see it.

I believe the band leader is set during band creation. When you first create your band the first band member to 'Join' is the leader of the band. You can switch who is the leader whilst you are still on that screen; just have everyone leave the band and then ask the person you want to be leader to 'Join' first. They must be present in order to play a gig so make sure you choose the person most likely to be available to play.
