Received Guitar, Question about Pending $100 on CC

So I received my guitar a couple of days ago and have yet to send back my broken one, but I checked my bank account and the 100 dollar pending charge is gone.

Is this happening to most people?
Or does this mean I can keep both guitars :?

The first hold is only temp just to verify that the funds are there. If you don't return it within the time limit, your CC will be charged.

unless you want a second guitar for $100/$125, I'd return it
