If you would like to do a dueling microphone session and have the singstar microphones, you my friend are in luck. I just tested them on the PS3 and even if you do not have the rockband microphone, you can still join in and use the singstar microphones. You do however need two controllers, since its one microphone per controller.

If you get a message that says that the rockband microphone has been disconnected, just hit resume, you should still see the singstar microphones register... just HMX forcing their stuff on ya...

Let the dueling begin!

Singstar isn't even available for X-Box so maybe the X-Box live mics will work... who knows.

it says in the game manual that the 360 headset will work, its just not as good.

Are there any headset mikes that work on the 360? The Karaoke Revolution ones don't work. Which sucks. I wanna get my solo BWT groove on!

I would guess that the SingStar mics would work on the 360 as well.

The mics are standard USB microphones as far as I know and there shouldn't be any platform specific hardware in them.

I use my old PS2 headset and it works fine. Working my way through BTW by myself!

yeah any usb headset should in theroy work... of course we thought that about the guitars too... and yes i know the 360's work so you dont have to point that out over and over. I was just trying to state that these do for sure.

What game is your PS2 headset from? I'm using the PS2 Karaoke Revolution one and it's not recognized by Rock Band...

Are your singstar mics from the PS2 or PS3 version of singstar?
