All download songs deleted

So i downloaded a song, and when i tried to play it, it told me i needed to free up space on my wii in order to save any of my scores for that song.
so i deleted some old files on my wii from games i dont have any more.
and when i tried playing rock band again it had deleted all of my progress in the game and all of my dowloaded songs.
i should be able to redownload the songs if i knew what my previous console nickname was for the Rock Central, but i dont remember what i put before and i dont know where to find out.
Anybody got any ideas?

first off i dont have a Wii, so my answer my not be 100% accurate...

losing your save game file sucks. i think you are screwed here unless you backed it up to SD card.

however, downloads are tied to the Wii console. you probably just need to DL them again - not sure if this is done in the Wii Store or in the in-game RB2 Music Store though.
