New Xbox, but no DLC!

Here's the skinny: I had a bunch of DLC on my old Xbox 360 but when I switched the Hard Drive to a new Xbox (because my last one broke), the DLC won't show up without being signed in to Xbox Live. But the DLC I purchased and downloaded after switching Xboxes will play with or without Live. Is there anyway to get my old DLC to play while offline again? I tried deleting and re-downloading the songs but that doesn't work. Am I doomed to never see my old DLC without online access again?

I know it's not that big of a deal to some of you, but I'm not on Xbox Live all the time and I take my Xbox with me to play at my family's place when i visit home.

Please help. Thanks.

You need to transfer the license from the old xbox to your new one for your old DLC.
