Seems there is zero Butthole Surfer love around here. They have plenty of great songs. 2 songs that would work great in this game would be Ulcer Breakout (http://youtube.com/watch?v=MIMShY9dSds), or Human Cannonball (http://youtube.com/watch?v=Z_36va50Xvk). But really, almost any of the more punkish Butthole Surfer songs would work fine for me. The vocals would likely be challenging for each song.
