Rock Band Warrenty

So if I call in the support number and ask for a new drumset, Will it be free or what? I'm talking about the Rock band 1 drums btw. How much?

Your question about the warranty hinges on how old the kit is. Under 60 days with your receipt, free. Over 60 days and/or without the receipt, you're buying a new kit.

If you're in the US, the warranty is for 60 days. You will be able to receive a free replacement during that 60 days only. There are two methods for warranty replacement:
1. Normal replacement: EA ships an empty box. You box up the faulty instrument and drop it off at a FedEx pickup. Upon receipt of the faulty equipment, EA ships a free replacement.
2. Express replacement: EA places a temporary hold on your credit card. EA ships new equipment. Upon receipt of the new equipment, you ship faulty equipment back in the box. EA releases hold on credit card when faulty equipment is received. I think that you have around 30 days to return the faulty equipment.

Outside of your 60-day warranty, there is no service provided (even for a fee).
