Is RB2 good on the wii?

I just want to know cuz i might be getting RB2 in June or late May.

TIP: If you're okay with something that isn't the best than yes the wii is good for you. But if you want the best graphics, more DLC and other options, than get it for 360 or PS3

but even so, theres over 650 songs. even $1.50 per song, you spend over $1000

example on Nothing's Shocking, there is 10 songs. if you bought them altogether as a pack it's $15.99. Or Chinese Democracy is 19.99 for 13 songs.

I have RB2 for the xbox 360 & wii ... I love the graphics and the achievements on the xbox BUT the online play (aka the people who play) on the wii is far better.

Most of my wii friends are over 30 and there is a pretty good sense of community here. I posted a hello over in the 360 forum and was totally ignored .. so I just play 360 with my friends who converted over from the wii.

I personally liked the 3 songs of the Chinese democracy album i got, better (Sick guitar) street of dreams (Sick drum rolls) and chinese democracy (Sick solo) so i think it was worth the 600 points

Well to be fair it came out at an earlier time (released at the same time as the other versions :eek:) so I can understand lacking online features as to a game that came out later. I'm sure that without VV's effort to get DLC we probably wouldn't have it for Rockband 2 either.
And remember that Guitar Hero 3 was the first (third party?) online game for the Wii, and the original Rockband was local only. I know RB2 has a better online than WT, but I understand why

Remember, I was thinking about it? I still have it in the back of my mind but there's just too much to do on the Wii, with the Wii community.

I just took a look at the 360 Band Wanted section and all I can say is "BORING": people don't really seem to know each other, there aren't too many views on the various threads (or replies), and the topics are dry (in comparison to our zany and interesting threads).

I mean, who comes up with the coolest tags, threads, and posts? It's us Wii users! That's who... Regarding all the Drama? We are second to no one... And all the frivolous threads that don't belong here? That's us too!... And all the comedy? We're definitely second to no one.... We have the most 'ELITE' comedians playing this game.

Sometimes, coming to this Wii forum is almost as fun as playing the game! LOL..

So, I agree with Hamster. Our player community that we've formed here in the Wii Band Wanted section Rawks! A lot of us know each other, we are regular posters, and we have lots of fun. Which is the bottomline...

Those are my 2 cents... now back to taking pics of my hawt girly girl Regina. I think I wanna use her instead of Suzi for the Miss Wii Hawtie 2009 contest... LOL...
