Dethklok - Dethalbum : Metalocalypse

Despite its humor, I think this is the best metal album I have listened to.

I would be honored if Brendan Small would bless Rock Band with Dethklok DLC.


Dethklok is a fictional band from the TV show "Metalocalypse" which airs on Sunday Nights on Cartoon Network/Adult Swim. The show always features a song that Dethklok performs. Luckily for us Brendan Small (The Creator and Guitar Player) created an full album of the songs that he demoed during the show. The Dethalbum has become the highest charted metal band on the Billboard 200.

I'll fith that, this would be an amazing addition. Although I don't know how well the microphone would do handling death metal lyrics/voices. I've tried using a similar voice in other songs like "Blackened" and it doesn't go so well.

I'd prefer if Brendon Small provided 'Dr. Rockso - I'm Just a Rock n' Roll Clown' for the DLC instead, that song as a single would be AMAZING. :D Plus it'd fit Rock Band perfect.

I'm all for Dethklok being in Rock Band. I would love to play Go Into The Water, Awaken, and even the Duncan Hills Jingle. Hell, for one night, my friends and I named our band Duncan Hills. It was a brutal evening.

Am I the only person that detests this?...Dont get me wrong...Dethklok rocks...but I have an annoying friend of mine that all he ever does is make metalocolypse references...and has grown very corny and dull to me....everytime i see him and we discuss DLC for RB he always says..you know what they REALLY need on RB...I reply with a what...he just says..."GO!...into the WATER!" and im like..stfu

As much as I love Dethklok, I think they fit Guitar Hero more than Rock Band. Of course, I'd still get the Dethalbum for RB if it came out because it'd be made better than if it was released for GH3.

I would not care how much it would cost, I would throw my life savings away to play the dethalbum. Although one problem with this album, have you heard the double bass drum beats on some songs. They would definitely have to release a double bass pedal if you wanted to play some of those songs.
