TrueSkill Rating Capped?

Is this rating capped by difficulty level, or is it just some sort of ridiculous logarithmic function that means it'll take me winning 10 games against someone of lower rank to get to raise a point? I've won like 5 straight and I'm still staring at the same 33 >_>

I'm on Hard drums. I can't quite make the jump to expert yet, I don't know half the songs, but I'd just like to know if there's a hard cap per difficulty in the online vs mode.

I'm hovering around the low 20s. What I find is, if I beat someone who's at around 9 or so, it doesn't do anything to my score. If I beat someone who's in the 30s, my score hops up a bit. If I lose to someone who's below 10, my score plummets. It's not just win ratio.

Yeah, I don't want to sound rude, but this thread does not help at all.


I am at thirty, I won about thirty straight songs yesterday on expert and I got the thirty after about the twentieth song and my rank did not go up at all.
