PS3 Patch - what do I do Now?

after starting Rockband on my PS3, it prompted me to download version 1.1 of Rockband. I was expecting the game to finally have compatibility w/ my GH3 guitar but it is still not recognizing it at all.

did anybody else download version 1.1? Is this the "Patch" that all the forums are talking about? does anybody have any idea what setting changes I need to do so i can finally play Rockband?

1.1 is the initial patch you download when you first fire up the game. the follow-up to 1.1 (with GH3 compatibility) hasn't arrived yet.

Was it 1.1 or 1.01. 1.01 was put out at launch and is not the compatibility patch.

Nobody knows, there was an unexpected delay and we're all waiting for more word from Harmonix.
