Full Band Picture

Hey everyone I simply can not understand how to get a full band picture on the website, and yes I've searched this topic before but nothing works.

I have my PS3 linked to the website as needed, and it still says in my profile that I'm linked. I have all of my characters in my band as stand in's as well as needed. When I go to the "Take band photo" there are no placeholders, just the background and the band logo, I took the picture anyway and nothing shows up even after a full day.

What am I doing wrong?

Yep make sure your desired characters are added to the roster under your band options, and not just as standins. Being a standin alone, doesn't add them to the picture.
