Can't Play DLC

I downloaded a bunch of songs onto my hard drive on my old 360. Later on I bought a new 360, put the same hard drive in, and before I tried to play anything I downloaded more songs. Now (unless I'm hooked up to xbox live) I can't play the songs that I downloaded from my old xbox on my new one and vice versa. I'm letting a local business use my xbox for a competition and I can't hook up to the internet so we're not going to be able to use all of the songs. Is there anything I can do about this?

I had the same problem and recently migrated as dovanon suggested. However, I have a question about the BONUS songs.

@CouchSpud: Did you successfully migrate the Bonus songs to be able to use them offline? All my other songs work except now it won't allow me to download the Bonus songs again as they are "attached" to another console.

You can get your 20 free DLC again by accessing it through your download history.
