Well things have started picking up a little, i ordered a new drum pedal for the ps3 latnight around mdnight and right away got a comfirmation e mail as well as my rma and ups number. I thought i would have a good wait according to what everybody has been saying here but i looked on ea's site tonight and as of 9 o clock it says "parts shipped". I've already had my guitar replaced (luckily with the new model and its flawless ( i dont see the stiff upstrum as a flaw, just nitpicking I HAVE DOWNSTRUM WOOT!). anyway i was suprised at how fast ea moved on it well see if ups can do the same or if im still in for a wait, although last time i got the parts shipped message ups started tracking the next day so we'll see.
