I think the new Wii will be called the Wii HD also. In a lot of interviews Nintendo talks about having Wii in HD, and calling it the Wii HD.

I heard back from GDC that there was, as far as I know, the codename to the next Xbox, which was Xbox 4D. Don't know if anything changed as of then, but yeah...

I'm thinking it will be called Xbox³ or Xbox 3, seeing as how the next Windows is going to be called Windows 7, they may tie Xbox into that as well...

For Nintendo, they might just go with a completely new name that makes no sense, similar to Wii.

And sony will never change, so I'll go with Playstation 4.

I probably would not. I anticipated the Wii so much. I couldn't wait to play mine. I pretty much gave mine to my brother. I was disappointed with it. It is pretty fun to play Wii Sports now and then, though. :)

I always thought that they would call it the "X-Box 3". Because the next system they make will probably be the long awaited equal to the PS3, hardware wise. And this will come out in between the PS3 and PS4 and probably look exactly like the X-Box 360. Then they would work on the X-Box 4 along side the PS4.
