Since the morons at ea customer service can't read and come up with an answer, can anyone write up the 6 step instructions to securing the guitar in the return box. I've told those idiots 4 times my box didn't come with the instructions but all they know how to do is email me the FAQ that states read the 6 step instructions to secure the guitar. I really don't feel like having my guitar busted in shipping only to have EA say sorry this is broken beyond normal play tough luck on the replacement. Also my wireless adapter keeps turning itslef off after two songs should I throw that in the box too?

truncated it a bit. can scan it an host it if you want the pretty pictures. just let me know
1) Wrap old guitar in the bubble wrap
2) place into inner box (bottom part of guitar first) The neck will be sticking out when inserted.
3.) place that box in the bigger box.
4) place remaining material in outer box (in a manner that secure stuff from shifting)
5) Place the copy of the Packing list addressed SHIP TO:Electronic Arts Warranty Exchange into the inner box to ensure you get properly credited. Note: The Packing List and Return address label may be found in the address pouch on the outside of the shipping box. The return packing list address should match the return address on the UPS label
6) Confirm that the packing list and guitar are inside of the outer box.
7) Seal that s*it up.
8) Palce return address label on the outside of the box showing SHIP TO: EA Warranty Exchange, 24450 Glendale, Redford, MI 48239
9) Give it to UPSto ship.
10) You'll get an email when it is received. Check your status at the place with questions where you signed up for this *hitto begin with (support page).

Are you really supposed to put the papers that came with the box inside the sealed box? It seems like they should be left in the bag.
Also, are we supposed to put the dongle in with it? I was going to keep the strap, screw, and the dongle. Seemed like a good idea to have some extras, and I'm not sure if they'll send me a new dongle.
And I got my new pedal along with the empty guitar box, even though I sent for the pedal a day or two after I sent for the guitar, which I thought was cool. I didn't even do the express shipping with the credit card stuff either, I just got a new one. I'm gonna send back the old one anyways though, what am I gonna do with a broken pedal?

I just copied the important bits from the paper they gave.

Don't know. I sent mine back, they aren't worth the $125 they could potentially charge me if I kept them.

Hmm. I did the express shipping so those are the instructions I got with it. Can't speak for any other method.

i would send the dongle back because that could possibly be the source of the wireless connectivity issues (although it's likely the guitar). i dont know what to tell you about the strap or screw. i shipped mines back...everything except the batteries, because the replacement came with everything except the batteries.

It's not really complicated, but I'll scan a copy of my instructions that came with the box and post it for ya tomorrow.
What's funny is that the instructions didn't indicate any strap or dongle to be shipped back with it, so I didn't. =x

Thanks all for the info. I just got back online today, and I did receive a couple of new emails from the customer reps. After a four day wait they finally sent me the instructions, so no need for the pics. Also the one email did say to go ahead and send in the wireless adapter as well so I threw it in the box as well. Kept the strap and batteries though (that will show them).
