strap knob

So my friend wanted to see if it would be more comfortable to play lefty...fine..but he had to stand or else face an elbow in the guitar...is there an easy way to remove the little knob for the straps? do I have to open it up to switch it?

The knobs for the guitar straps are like conventional screws; you twist them clockwise to tighten them, and counterclockwise to loosen them.

ahhhh i see, we'll i'll be damned lol....i need something like a can gripper since mine seem to be really tight...thanks!:)
