Rock Band Guitar Fret Buttons not working properly

Hey,

A week ago I got the full instrument set of Rock Band 1 but my guitar is starting to show some signs of use already. The problem is that I don't have the feeling I'm pressing the yellow button when I do, it does register but it just feels very annoying and it makes me miss notes. Same thing happens with my blue fret note. And than the worst of all is the orange fret note. When I don't press the orange button exactly in the middle it doesn't register well. If I press on the left side of the button it just doesn't go down, as if there is something stuck under the button.

I can't seem to pop the buttons from the guitar, I tryed pulling so hard that I could've broke it if I went further so I'm quite desperate...

Any advice?

If you just purchased them, I'd do a warranty return with EA. You'll need your original receipt and have had the game less than 60 days.
